Sales and Training Modules

This module is designed to equip your sales professionals with specialised skills and techniques in selling and presenting Qlicksmart’s products to prospects and customers. In particular, a series of revamped sales training videos presented by Mr. Mel Reynolds, Qlicksmart’s International Business Consultant who has¬†more than 20 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, will guide you through how to build a repeatable sales process for Qlicksmart’s products. The process includes:

  1. Introduction: A brief introduction on Qlicksmart’s history, general market place for all of Qlicksmart’s products, competitors and challenges you might face.
  2. Concept Selling:¬†Formulated sales scripts to sell Qlicksmart’s products to maximise positive response from the prospects. At the end of the training modules, you will be required to answer a short quiz to get your Qlicksmart’s sales and training certificate.
  3. Prepare: Learn more about the products including product descriptions, its potential market place and competitors. At the end of the training modules, you will be required to answer a short quiz to get your Qlicksmart’s sales and training certificate.
  4. Practice: How to run a formal demonstration of Qlicksmart’s products, including tips on presenting the products to the prospects and customers, and how to handle frequently mentioned objections. At the end of the training modules, you will be required to answer a short quiz to get your Qlicksmart’s sales and training certificate.
  5. Present: Formulated sales scripts to sell Qlicksmart’s products to maximise positive response from the prospects. At the end of the training modules, you will be required to answer a short quiz to get your Qlicksmart’s sales and training certificate.
